Glee returns Tuesday with a new episode guest starring Matthew Bomer! Matthew will apparently be playing Darren Criss’ older brother…this is odd considering the amount of sexual tension i’m feeling while watching this. yes, i know this is kinda old news. give me a break – i was in Cuba for a week ;P

does the name Melanie Amaro sound familiar to you? no? don’t worry, up until this weekend i had no clue who she was either. if you were one of the rare few that watched the US edition of X-Factor this season then you would know Melanie was the winner…and for good reason! listen to her first single, an updated dance cover of “RESPECT”! amazing. i love it. she sounds sooo much like Christina!

when i first heard that Glee was going to be covering Whitney Houston’s “I Will Always Love You” i couldn’t wait to hear it. i also thought it was totally creepy they had recorded and planned to use this song before Whitney died. talk about timing…yikes! watch as Mercedes takes this song to a whole new level or at least a level above Jennifer Hudson’s version…ooops!
